We will explore ways that we can better understand Qi and put it to use to create more Harmony, Unity, and Balance in our Mind, Spirit, and Body . This can lead us to more fulfilled lives of longevity and good health.
This website is designed to be a source for all things related to "Qi". This character in the Chinese language can be defined in many ways. It can be used to describe a gas, air, wind, breath, spirit, etc. It is thought to be the life giving energy of the universe. George Lucas described Qi in the Star Wars series as the "Force."
In Indian culture, they call this energy or force, "Prana". There are many cultures that speak of this invisible energy that binds together the thing we call Life. Qi is ever present where life exists, but not seen. Qi is expressed when energy is being produced and consumed. This is the force that somehow uses DNA coding information to produce every single physiological function that we perform as living beings.
We will explore many different ways to know, grow, and refine our own Qi. For example, Qigong is a system of physical and mental training designed to enhance one's Qi. Traditional Chinese Medicine which includes: Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Dietary Therapy, Lifestyle Counseling, Meditation, TaiJi and Qigong. We will also explore Yoga and Ayurvedic medicine to see how these rich traditions of understanding Qi can deepen our knowledge. There will also be research statistics, articles, ,photos, videos, etc. presented on this website in order to gain more understanding of Qi. We will explore old texts and new data fresh off the press. Whatever it takes to

These practices can lead to less mental suffering, less physical ailments and more longevity for you. the sparkle in a new born baby's eye,
the spirit of a smiling face,
the yearning delight of new found love.the warmth of the sun,the planets in motion,
the gentle swoosh of a butterfly's wing,
the roar of a perfect barrel crashing on shore,
the erosion that caused the great Grand Canyon,
the attraction of Gravity itself.
Are all these in fact Qi?
Yes indeed and many more,
thunder and lightning of a stormy night,
the rhythm of a jammin tune.
This just begins the list
for the infinite potential of Qi
There is also
fission, fusion, and don't forget cell division,
the smell of roses in a gust of wind streaming by
and you wonder why?
When, where, and how does
this thing we call Qi works its magic
of effectual movement.
It is thought that it is thought.
It is known, but not seen.
It is felt, but never fully sensed.
The soul of eternity that cannot
be properly discussed.
The more we know the answers
Qi brings far more questions.
